Virtual Meeting Information

This article contains information on virtual meeting room access.

Dear Members,
We hope you are having a great start to your Summer. Our Leadership has created the virtual meeting room that we will be using for our virtual meetings throughout the academic year. Using the Microsoft Teams app (via desktop or mobile application), please complete the following instructions. Be sure to be login to MS Teams using your student email address (@eagle.fgcu.edu) —

  1. Click the ‘Teams’ button on the left side of the app (desktop) or at the bottom row of the app (mobile).
  2. Then, click ‘Join or create a team’.
  3. You should see a ‘join a team with a code’ option.
  4. Finally, paste the code on the post in the ‘enter code box’ and click ‘join’!
