Sport Club Waiver Reminder
Just a reminder if you are a part of a Sport Club, you need to submit a participation waiver.
If you are participating in a Sport Club, you must fill out and turn in your participation waiver on EagleLink before you participate in club activities. Members of Sport Clubs with risk levels of 3 or 4 must also complete an ImPACT concussion test. The ImPACT concussion test will be sent to you once you've completed your waiver and must also be completed before you participate in club activities.
