Week 5 of the CCL: #20 FGCU Call of Duty remains undefeated through 8 matches

Week 5 of the Collegiate Call of Duty League featured FGCU facing up against UCF and Full Sail Armada. FGCU's first match of the night was up against UCF, and was the closest match that FGCU was given thus far in the league. FGCU started strong with a 250-143 win in Tuscan Hardpoint. However, as they transitioned into Bocage SnD, UCF would go up 2-5 and lose 4 rounds in a row as FGCU took map 2 6-5. After that, it was smooth sailing as FGCU cruised to a 3-0 win on Gavutu Control and a 3-0 win in the series. 

Match #2 had FGCU face off against Full Sail Armada, which was featured on the CCL main stream in front of thousands of viewers! FGCU went up 2-0 very easily in the series taking a Bocage Hardpoint 250-95 and a Bocage SnD 6-2. However in map 3, FGCU would go up 2-0 in control, but Full Sail would force a final round 5, which in the end, FGCU came out on top of to take the series 3-0.

FGCU Call of Duty advances to a perfect 8-0 record, with a 24-0 map count!
