What is the Real Deal?
Teachers who are new to the profession will be coming in as guest speakers and sharing their experiences with us!
In the past, popular topics addressed during the "Real Deal" include:
- How to deal with parents
- How to prepare for the first few days/weeks of school
- What to expect from the interview process
- Classroom management tips and advice
- Thoughts on their experiences
Some of the teachers who will be speaking have graduated from FGCU's education program will also give valuable suggestions including what to pay attention to now and keep for later!
The Real Deal will be taking place on Monday February 24th at 8:00pm in the Sugden Resort and Hospitality Management building room 114.
Pizza and drinks will be provided!
