FGCU Legal Eagles Upcoming Events

See what the Legal Eagles have coming up! From an attorney panel to study sessions, we hope to see you there.

 

  • Spring Attorney Panel Thursday, March 30th @ 6:30 pm in LH 2202 
    • This Thursday! Did you miss the attorney panel last semester? No worries, this coming Thursday we will be hosting several attorneys to join us on campus. Several attorneys are ready to answer your questions. Whether it be about life as an attorney, practice area, or law school, come and ask your questions! We hope to see you there. 
  • Model United Nations Trivia Night Thursday, April 6th @ 6:00 pm in Merwin 111
    • The Legal Eagles will be joining MUN at their trivia night. Are you interested in international news and politics? Model United Nations might be the club for you! Check them out 
  • Law School Admission Info Session w/ FSU - Tuesday, April 11th @ 6 pm - virtually 
    • Interested in law school? Curious about law school? Dr. Keiffer from FSU admissions will be joining us for a virtual info session on the Law School Admission process. You can register for this event via the eagle career network.
       
  • Study Space Sessions Tuesdays @ 6 pm in Library 410 
    • This is a dedicated space open to all students wishing to work on their law school admission process. Whether it be studying for the LSAT, working on your personal statement, or even researching law schools, this space is for you! Come meet with other students who are also working on the law school admission process. Are you not yet applying for law school?  Come see what the process is about and learn from your fellow peers.
    • On Tuesday, April 4th, we will have Dr. Talty and Professor Talty, who are retired attorneys, professors, and mock trial coaches. They also have experience with reviewing law school applications and providing guidance to students. This would be a great opportunity to ask any questions or feedback regarding your law school application.
