Prevention and Wellness presents: Student Success and Wellness Coaching
Student Success and Wellness Coaching is a free resource to help students achieve a well-adjusted and healthy lifestyle.
Wellness coaches take a positive approach to personal development, focusing on your strengths and using the 8 dimensions of wellness model, as a framework for generating goals that are meaningful to you.
A Student Success and Wellness Coach can assist in one or more of the following areas as well as help connect you to additional resources on campus:

- Academic concerns
- Relationships
- Stress
- Physical health
- Nutrition
- Sexual Health
- Alcohol
Wellness coaching staff include graduate level students who are trained to help students in this capacity. Appointments last 30 minutes, with appointments being virtual or in-person (student's choice).
