2013 Semester Kick Off BBQ
Our first official meeting of the 2013-2014 school year. It was a chance to get new students involved in the club.
Today was our first official meeting of the 2013-2014 school year. We held a BBQ out at the North Lake dorms to gather existing members and also get a chance to get to know the future members of our organization. Hotdogs, chips, watermelon, and drinks were served. We also played beach volleyball, basketball, and cornhole. It was a great opportunity to get some of the new members acquainted with our club and what to expect in the upcoming year. New members got a chance to meet the new officers and learn about our competitions including the concrete canoe, steel bridge, and the cardboard boat. We look forward to a great year and we are so excited to have so many new members who want to be involved.
