Job Title: Service-trip leader (4 positions available)

Job Description: We are looking for FGCU students leaders who are passionate about guiding their peers through service-learning experiences. The primary purpose of this position is to promote and lead students in meaningful service-learning opportunities. This position will require you to drive off campus to community partner sites to facilitate guided trips.

Salary Range: $10.00 per hour

Hours per week: 9

Location: Various community partner locations – requires own transportation

Start Date: ASAP

 

Job Title: Service-trip coordinator (1 position available)

Job Description: We are looking for a student leader who is passionate about creating opportunities for FGCU students to participate in service-learning. The primary purpose of this position is to identify and schedule up to 5 quality service trips a week for FGCU students. This person will work with a team of service-trip leaders to ensure the effective coordination of guided service trips.

Salary Range: $10.00 per hour

Hours per week: 9

Location: In the office of Service-Learning and Civic Engagement

Start Date: ASAP

 

Job Title: Math and Literacy tutors (10 positions available – requires transportation and FWS award)

Job Description: This position requires you to have been awarded federal work study monies for the 2021-2022 academic year. This position allows students to serve with non-profit or government agencies as tutors and earn their FWS award.

Salary Range: $10.00 per hour

Hours per week: 9

Location: Various community partner locations – requires own transportation

Start Date: ASAP
