Did you know that different teas provide different health benefits?

It's no secret that people have been drinking tea for ages now, but why? Numerous studies have shown that drinking tea in general can be beneficial to your overall wellness. You might be asking what tea has what benefits, so let's take a look!

  • High source of flouride, catechins, tannins: plaque fighter, teeth strengthener, acid resistant
  • Least amount of caffeine

Green Tea

  • High in flavonoids; heart health
  • Lowers blood pressure, triglycerides, and total cholesterol
  • Anti-inflammatory

Black Tea

  • Caffeinated
  • Anti-inflammatory and supports healthy immune function
  • Can be used to relieve pain and reduce swelling

Oolong Tea

Be Aware!

  • Fancy tea lattes and drinks from your favorite chain store are loaded with sugar
  • Bubble teas are also loaded with sugar, calories and carbs, and have little to no nutritional value.
