University Police Department's (UPD's) 4th Annual Toy Drive

        The FGCU Dancing E’gals participated in the University Police Department’s (UPD’s) 4th Annual Toy Drive in the Fall of 2021. The toys donated were distributed to children in Golisano Children’s Hospital in Fort Myers, as well as other children receiving medical care from their homes. All members of our Sports Club came together and donated a total of ten toys for children to open up on Christmas Day 2021. These toys included soft stuffed animals, lego building sets, barbie dolls, puzzles, and more. The Dancing E’gals are honored to have been able to contribute to FGCU’s overall donation of over 2,330 toys and books. We are proud of the major impact we had on the children and families in not only Southwest Florida but also the entire state of Florida.
